Bonhomme Village Apartments

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) My husband and I had a wonderful experience living at Bonhomme Village Apartments. It’s truly one of the best apartment communities we’ve stayed in safe, calm, and full of great amenities that make it perfect for families and kids. We especially want to thank Victoria, the property manager, who made our time there so pleasant. She’s one of the kindest, most professional, and genuinely helpful people we’ve ever met. She handled every situation with care and a friendly attitude, always making sure residents felt supported and heard. We are so grateful for her and wish her all the very best in her future, people like her are rare, and we hope every property is lucky enough to have someone like Victoria. ….Currently resident…They only take you to the show room apartment which they keep that building tiptop. Power washing done to first and second level, but not third floor. You would think inspections would be done by management, but of course it’s just the job. Wasp nest are out of control and All you can do is put a ticket in and hope someone responds. Roof nails keep falling on patio. Loose banisters and plywood. Respectfully, OK place to make a pitstop.

The community was very welcoming and pleasant until the management changed over the past year and a half. The current manager’s attitude is unapproachable. A manager who treats residents with respect, communicates openly, and takes responsibility for maintaining the property and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner could make a significant difference. Overall, embracing empathy and enthusiasm in communication is essential for fostering a positive environment.

One of the safe apartment for family. A partment area is excellent for walk and Gym is excellent for excercise, Tennis court & play ground for kids, clean swimming pool available. Overall excellent apartment and its my 2nd year in this beautiful apartment.

I’ve had such a great experience at Bonhomme Village Apartments. The staff are professional, friendly, and always make you feel welcome—they even greet residents by name. They take the time to answer questions thoroughly and are quick to help whenever something comes up. I also appreciate the little touches, like free coffee in the office, that make it feel like a true community. It’s clear they care about the residents here.
