Bondale Apartments

Just moved in,so far everything is amazing. Jennifer and William, I don't really know what to say, but you too are the BEST!!!! They made my moving experience very pleasant and easy, from beginning to the end Jennifer was on it, and I appreciate that. I'm looking forward to a great neighborhood with EXCELLENT staff in the office. The apartment is GREAT !!!! I have absolutely no complaints. Going on year 3 here Love it 😀

I have been here for about 9 years and I never really had a problem until people moved into the apartment across the hall. They are younger people and they think it’s ok to constantly blast their music in the apartment and outside. The lease strictly forbids loud music. I have called security twice and tomorrow I will speak to the manager. They have recently landscaped the whole property and it looks orderly and Jennifer is patient and professional. I also appreciate the alarm system they put in. I’ve been happy here for many years.

For the price, they are very accommodating, spacious, and wonderful! I love the set up, feel, and style of the apartment.

Hello, I just became tenant at bondale Apartments and I love the hold process. The staff here is wonderful. Mrs. Jennifer and Mr. William both are great from the day we walk and still now. They my greeted us with smiles. I love that it's so dog friendly here. Mr. William did a great job with showing us the property and I love the dog accessories you have in the unit for dogs that was cute 🥰. Mrs. Jennifer and Mr William both were there for any questions we had they made sure the process was smooth and they made sure we had everything to move in. They both did wonderful and I hadn't felt like that from a rent officer in awhile and they did everything like it should be when you walk in a rent officers. Thank you!!

I’ve lived in a 1-bedroom apartment at Bondale for over three years now, and I truly love it here. The office staff have always been kind and willing to work with me (especially concerning the COVID-19 financial instability I briefly went through). I couldn’t speak more highly of the manager, Theresa. She has been the best landlord/complex manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from, bar none. Maintenance is also fantastic, they always come in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are sturdy and the walls are thick enough to where I can barely hear any commotion from my neighbors. I’ve also had very few, if any, notable issues with appliances in the three years I’ve been here. Location is the epitome of convenience in Norfolk. Right between 2 entrance ramps to I-64 & 1 ramp t
