DO NOT USE BOND!! I’m begging you to use another broker they are liars and steal your money. They acted like they had a great apartment for us and rushed us through touring it because “the tenant has to get to work” so our showing lasted less then 5 mins we didn’t get to inspect anything. They rushed and pressured us into the signing process when we were unsure but they kept pushing and pressuring us to sign asap or “you won’t have a place to live” so we did. Turns out they moved us into a MOUSE INFESTED apartment and they knew it. Totally screwed us and the apartment building is completely infested All units. Turns out Bond is an old friend of my apartment building owners. So they lied to us and completely set us up to help their friends. And we paid a 6k broker fee to them! When I called

They dont answer the phone calls and email, how imma do the application??? They want the documents and everything without talk about the appartment? Im trying to talk with “Mr SAID” So that means they wants only the money. They are supposed to earn commissions and all that. They should help you by giving you better advice so that you can rent that apartment. Apart from the fact that they take 12% commission, they give you an email address and you send them the documents and that's it. They leave you to your own luck. I have dealt with other real estate agents, first they talk to you, help you fill out the form and you can tell that they are interested in their work. But I see that this company wants everything for free and fast. Seem like a fraud…

Bobby Florian began helping me just a few weeks ago and showed me an amazing apartment - it had everything I wanted and he went to the management company and went ahead and asked a few questions for me which was great. Chip Marks was absolutely amazing to work with from a buyer's point of view. We didn't have an agent and happened to run into him at an open house we went to. After talking, my fiancee and I decided to use him as our agent. He was nothing, but cordial, helpful and extremely responsive. Chip was an absolutely HUGE asset throughout the our entire process from submitting an offer through our close. I would highly recommend Chip as a broker and will be sure to refer him to our friends.
