It’s been a pleasure working with Suhang! I moved to Harbor Flats in west seattle all the way from Kentucky and had to go through the whole touring and application process from far, and Suhang did a great job at making that entire process as smooth as can be! Harbor Flats is a beautiful and very clean place to live. I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone moving to the west seattle area. Appliances are nice and modern which is a huge plus and everything is kept and maintained well. Also shoutout to Eric who helped me in the process as well, both Eric and Suhang have been very kind and helpful! So happy to know that the team here actually cares for their residents (especially since I did a blind move and couldn’t really know 100% what to expect). I wish all property managers are like Suhang, very kind, empathetic, solution oriented! From touring the place to my entire stay at the new building, Harbor Flats in West Seattle, I felt heard and cared for when I raise issues or concerns. He has your back! Quite approachable and sincere guy who you can also joke around with! 😂 You’ve got to love him after working with him! Keeping his contact information in case I and my partner need help with relocating in the future. 🤍

Oh Bonavista. I rented with them for almost 2 years and despite some minor issues It was an alright tenancy ...that is until they decided to keep my security deposit by masking it in back utility payments that I was not billed for and a "cleaning fee" after moving out. Even after warning them that it's not in the lease, nor should this responsibility fall on the tenant, they refuse to pay me back so now I have to take further action. I don't recommend renting with them based on this alone as its illegal and an abuse of the security deposit clause. Be warned. Read your tenant rights and leases folks.

Suhang is one of the nicest person I’ve ever met. He make sure my stay in one of the bonavista property will be remarkable. Every time I need something or something that it needs to be address or fix he’s doing it right away. I really appreciate him for helping me throughout my stay.

Solomiya went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly, and we truly appreciate her effort and kindness. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking for a new place!
