Bonaventure at La Residencia Apartment Homes

We were here to do sports camp for the children in the apartments for one day. There were two trees that had been struck by lightening, side by side. And there were ducks wandering around, which I found amusing. The kids who attended had a great time, and we saw some of the kids again when we moved across the street to the neighboring facility. He had a much larger response at the other location.

Since my move in to Bonaventure Apartments, my overall experience has been wonderful. Office mangers Esmeralda and Cristina, have been awesome and really understanding through my process. These apartments are always well maintained and maintenance is always in the lookout for any inconveniences. I like the way how they keep these apartments remodeled throughout the years.Since I have been here, there hasn’t been any conflict with anyone. This is hard to find when moving in to new apartments.I highly recommend Bonaventure Apartments.

Been living here for a little over 4 months and I will say that living here is comfortable. Our neighbors are all chill and nobody bothers anybody in the section I live in. Only down side is the pool as been under repairs since we moved in February but we have access to la Residencia pool so overall it’s been nice living here.

We’ve been living here for approximately 4 months. So far so good! The management is superb! Absolutely no complaints! Mia is great! Easy to talk to and actually speaks English so I can understand what’s going on. Everyone is courteous and respectful from management to neighbors! And the lead maintenance guy is one of the best!

If you prefer to not have hot water for weeks, a jungle/trash yard, no pool, old appliances, horrible customer service, and broken laundry dryers then this place is for you! I'm leaving this review after the new management has taken over and things have declined since then. Before, there was at least a maintenance crew who would upkeep the exterior of the apartments, but now it's been abandoned. There is trash everywhere and the ridiculously tall grass makes the lawn look like a jungle. It's embarrassing living here. They rarely leave notices and don't inform us when things are broken. I wasted money trying to wash and dry only to find out the dryers STILL aren't working. I've been here for 7 months already and the pool has yet to be opened once. Other neighbor residents have said this pla
