Leasing with WSM has been such a horrible experience. I lived on the fourth floor at one of their properties and the only elevator was regularly out of service. Nothing was ever done until I attempted to get my lawyer involved. Five other people got stuck in the elevator within the last year requiring Troy FD to rescue them. This grossly violates the ADA and when I mentioned my own mobility issues and concerns about the situation, it was met with backlash and rudeness, like it was absolutely absurd that I wanted to get to my apartment that I paid money to be in.
