I have lived here two years and I am very happy so far! Our unit is a good size and I enjoy walking around the complex and throughout the neighborhoods around it. I am deducting one star because of issues with the trash compactor. It has broken several times and trash will pile up to the point it is spilling out over the sidewalk and on to the road. Management has been working on it based on emails sent to residents but hopefully it will be replaced or fixed for good soon. I do recommend living here and think it is a good location for young professionals, families, and anyone else who wants a simple, cost effective place to live. Compared to other apartments in the area, my experience here has been much better even though it is not as fancy.
The ac has been down 7 times since the summer started and it’s only June. Incompetent staff do not care and will blow you off for a week while your ac is down. These guys suck and should be avoided. Update: It’s been four weeks and my ac is still not working. They keep telling me a part needs to be ordered or blame the rain for stopping repairs. The staff are either incapable of doing their jobs or are grossly negligent. I believe it is both. 2nd Update: It is currently January. The ac still doesn’t work properly. The only way for the apartment to be under 80 degrees is if it’s 50 outside.
We never even got past the looking stage with this place. They were so disappointing from the beginning that I will never look to move here again. I asked for information on different apartment availabilities multiple times and never received any emails. We went in twice to try and get any information since we had no luck and they just said they will email us and they never did. When asking about availabilities they also would just repeat that they “don’t know what the price is going to be so that’s today’s price”. I understand that….saying that to me multiple times when I’m looking makes me want to steer away from this place. It felt impossible to get a straight forward answer. Someone named Jessica called to see if I was still interested and I told her I was not because I’ve requested in
Jessica is the worst leasing agent. I am moving ASAP and she made it seem like she was going to help me. I requested to see a picture, video, or tour a 1 bedroom unit. They didn't have one available to show, which is fine. She told me that she would figure something out to let me see the layout of the 1 bedroom. She told me that she had move-ins today 8/20 in the 1st nonsmoking building so she would sneak in and get me a video or Facetime me to see the layout. The reason why she couldn't do it yesterday was because corporate was coming. News flash, she said isn't supposed to do any of that because she could get fired. Mind you, this was her idea, not mine. I reached out to her today to get an update. She told me "I'm not sure what to tell you" when I asked her what could we do since I movi
I would give zero stars if I could. We lived in these apartments for 2 years and all I can say is…. Worst experience of my life. We were out of A\C for 3 months in the height of Charleston summer and they kept giving excuse after excuse as to why we did not have it fixed yet. It was over 90 degrees in our apartment at one point. Our carpets were not new when we moved in yet we were charged for carpet replacement when we moved because they were not in “the same condition”. Well they were not new when we moved in and already had stains but since we did not fill out the form stating that they were not new at move in, we were charged anyways. Constant issues with maintenance coming in to our apartment without notice. Lots of drug related crimes and neighbors reported people breaking into cars,
