Bolton Park

I stayed at Bolton Park Apartments for 3 years (building 3 on the bottom floor) and let me tell you, this place helped me glow up!💅🏽💰 It was the perfect, peaceful spot that allowed me to stack my savings and eventually buy my first home! The rent is super affordable (way cheaper than anything else I’ve seen for the same quality), and the apartment itself was cute, clean, and comfy. The complex is quiet, which I loved, and Justin, the property manager, deserves a shoutout! His communication is on point. Every call, every email… he responded so fast it was like magic ✨. When it came time to move out, we did a walk-through together, and he let me know exactly what I’d get back from my deposit. He even followed up with an email AND I got my deposit back quickly. My experience with the property manager didn’t get off to a good start, however after explaining the process to my son and I the process became that much easier. Justin is very knowledgeable about his job on top of being caring and passionate. The way he and especially Tory took care of me every step of the way was amazing! Tory is also very passionate and committed to getting the job done! She has a wonderful personality, and is really down for her Community. The property is well kept both Justin and Tory are heaven Sent! I am very happy to be part of this Community!! Thank you both for the amazing customer service!! Tory you’re the best!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️

I’ve had a great experience living here mostly due to Justin the property manager. From day one he’s had great customer service. He’s always approachable and pleasant even though I can tell he has a lot going on, but he takes out time to hear your concerns. He always reply very quickly to emails or calls. Communication is a big plus for me! He’s very hands on taking care of the property ( example: cleaning the pool). I’m not sure how he does it all but he gets it done while maintaining a professional attitude.

As far as the application process and leasing management, my roommate and I had 0 issue with the process. Justin was extremely helpful and made everything very easy. Very willing to work with us and answered any questions my roommate and I had at any given time. I’d have to say this was my easiest and most pleasant moving experience. Definitely a breath of fresh air to deal with leasing management that is knowledgeable and caring about your move. My roommate and I officially move in this weekend so I’m not able to speak on the apartments as of just yet; however, I’m sure it’ll be nothing less than exceptional. The leasing agent Justin made my move in easy. He told me all information upfront I didn’t have to ask a million questions. He was easy to reach & kept me up to date with any new information. It was an easy move in process. He is nice & I always see him around the neighborhood tending to the upkeep. The neighborhood is quiet, my neighbors are polite & friendly. The only small issue is parking. It seems like there are cars parked all over the place & sometimes I can’t park in front of my building
