This has got to be one of (if not) the best rental company in Columbia. Recently re-signed the lease with no rent increase (a true miracle in today's world) and all maintenance requests are addressed so smoothly & quickly. The two women who manage the rentals (sherri and gayle) are so sweet, and the main maintenance man (ken) is always pleasant and helpful. would highly recommend them if you're a prospective tenant! super happy with this rental company & the home we rent. :)

Working with Laine Ligon Jr to sell my condo was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He is very attentive to details, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend it if you are considering buying or selling a property.

I rented with BLW for three years and I would absolutely recommend them as property managers. I never had any issues with maintenance and Ken was sure to address everything quickly and with the utmost care. Laine was quick to respond and even came by to help with a plumbing issue. Sherrie and Gayle at the office were always helpful and kind. The move out was easy and I had no issues with receiving my deposit back.

I rented from them for three years. I was never late to pay. I had two maintenance calls in three years. Once to fix an electrical circuit and once to fix a leaking faucet. I left a new washing machine in the house when I left at no cost to them. When the time came to get my down payment, they nickel and dimed me out of $450. I would not recommend them.
