Bolero Apartments

Lived here for a few months. It was great, super close to the strip. The staff is friendly. I would say this is more for singles or young adults. There are families here but the area can be a little sketchy. So, be mindful of that. That being said, I never had any issues with the anyone. The only thing! Getting internet here is hard. EarthLink and CenturyLink were awful. Apparently, Cox would be the best provider. Other than that, overall great place to live.

If I could give them 0 stars. I would property management is garbage. There's roaches in the walls of the building. The pool has not been opened in 3 years. Homeless people all over the property. They charge you a $25 maintenance fee. For what do not move in this rat hole? It's a rat hole roaches in the walls coming out the walls. They want to charge you for every little thing. Beware straut management is garbage. I've lived here for 4 years.I started paying $600 a month now.It's eight ninety five and the management is horrible

I lived here 3 years. Roaches from day one. And super bad. I called numerous times about my leaking sinks in kitchen and bathroom and the toilet that ran all day. I put in work orders and then got messages that my work order was fulfilled. But I was home that day. All day never went anywhere and they said they fixed it. Lies...I was here when Daisy was here. She was really awesome. Alejandra she tried her best I can tell. This Fabiola lady is horrible. Her attitude is condescending. They charge u for pest control when we the tenets should of been charging them for how out of control they were. The homeless people miling all around the parking lot at all hours is ridiculous. The laundry rooms are disgusting. One has ONE machine that works.ONE! the pool? What pool it never was open the entir

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Listen to the reviews below, they have roaches and bed bugs but blame the residents knowing they had the issue prior to move in. Office staff does not know how to properly handle resident concerns, they lost my house key, didn’t show for the scheduled pest service when I took off work to have them come in. Absolute worst experience. I emailed their corporate office twice and never heard back, Zero stars of I could. Horrible company, office staff and overall business operations. Save yourself the headache.

Most horrible place to live ever! The Manager & Maintenance Supervisor is wicked evil! They take their power of their position over the line to threaten tenants and try to evict them if they don't like you! Places is infested with roaches and everything is old. Plumbing sucks too! Patio sliding glass doors flood with water into your living room but when you call they say your on your own 🙄
