RUN!!! Worse than 0 stars. Bina and this entire management group is a scam. They leave you with faulty infrastructure, roach infestations with no pest control options, faulty appliances, broken doors and windows. They don’t answer calls or fix problems whatsoever. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR HOMES. Lexington Village in Bayshore especially.
I wish I could give zero stars. I am a homeowner in Queens. This is the worst service I have ever received, and I’ve lived in NYC for years. Now they at even refusing to give back our HOA funds. Do not use them. Bina is the worst, avoid her like the plague.
