Bold on Blvd

The Bold On BLvd is truly a great place to stay. I say “new” because the new management and staff have completely changed the experience. I was actually preparing to move out due to the lack of care before, but that has done a full turnaround—and I’ve had a change of heart. The new management and staff are amazing. They respond quickly when something needs to be addressed, have made noticeable improvements, and are genuinely involved in the community. I love that they host activities and events for residents—it really brings people together and creates a sense of connection. It feels good to recognize familiar faces where you live. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with a team that truly cares, look no further. This is a great place to be.

I have only lived here ~ 2 months, but in that time, I have fallen in love with my new home at Bold on the Blvd. My very first experience was with staff when I was both applying and signing the lease, and had many questions. Kim, the leasing agent, was patient, taking time to explain everything in detail and answer every question. Not to mention she is a very kind, caring person. I also talked with Ahren, assistant manager, once when Kim was in a meeting, I believe. She had the same kind, helpful, and welcoming spirit. The maintenance staff is amazing as well. I have submitted a few low priority work orders, to which they responded within a day or so. They, too, are kind, considerate, respectful and responsive to needs. It has been a night and day difference with Dena and the new management/staff. Went from waiting three months for a broken shower replacement (yes, I had to use the showroom shower for the three months), to having the phones answered, kind people in the office, maintenance requests being completed in 24-48 hours, AND follow up calls making sure it was completed. I couldn’t be happier and I am so thankful a good team is finally here. Please don’t leave!

What a difference a change in management makes. We toured close to 10 complexes in the St Peter’s, MO area for my son moving back to STL and the choice was simple. Bold on Blvd. Along with the amazing property, layout of units, clean bbq’s, salt water pool, and very impressive 24 hour gym what was the most impressive was how welcoming, helpful and patient the leasing agent Kim was. I had some technology challenges finalizing the lease documents and Kim answered both my calls in the 2 ring, remembered me and even stayed past her office hours to make sure I was all set. So you Don’t get stuck in a 12 month lease where you will be disappointed chose Bold on Blvd. When you do go to see Kim tell her Bruce says hello

Having lived here for over 3 years I can attest to some of the issues with previous management and lack of responsiveness to issues brought to them. However, we recently had a very serious matter occur that we brought to management's attention, not really expecting any action to be taken as had been our experience countless times before under previous management. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response almost immediately, subsequently followed up with updates into the matter over the next few days. We were very pleased with the back and forth communication and thanked them explicitly for their professionalism.
