As an experienced Airbnb guest with a perfect track record across multiple stays, I’ve never had a negative experience until I interacted with this management company. The issue wasn’t just a problem during the stay which was a minor problem that could have been fixed immediately. It was how they handled a guest concern with zero accountability, vague communication, and retaliatory behavior once the platform got involved. Rather than resolve the issue, they deflected, gave robotic responses, and failed to follow through. Airbnb’s Resolution Center ultimately ruled in my favor.
