Absolutely fabulous! David Serle is not only a consummate professional broker but also a wonderful, thoughtful person who goes way above and beyond what is required. He is so skilled at his profession - we were tempted to walk away from the buyer's first (low) offer, but with David's negotiating guidance, we sold our home in 5 days at 98% of the purchase price! Also, we were selling from out of state so obviously we could not come to Florida to participate in any way. Among other things, David met with a shipping service to direct the shipment of those items we wanted from the home - he did not even seek additional compensation for this service and he did it so graciously we are forever in his debt.He is super responsive to any text or call.
