I Love Boca Palms! Thank you for being so great !
This company is a lie. They take your $350 holding fee without finishing your application or providing you a apartment. I needed a apartment in 2 months and they said they will have some ready, once I finish the application and pay the application fee and the holding fee I call and let them know and now they tell me it will be a year wait for a apartment. The Concord business is a scam, taking advantage of low income families.
This is really a 0 star review. I'm getting a bit annoyed with trying to contact this property. NOBODY and I mean NOBODY answers the phone during their "Normal" business hours listed on the site. You have to make an appointment to tour but, nobody responds to an email or again answers the phone and its frustrating and unprofessional. The property is so beautiful and I would've loved to be here but maybe, this is a sign that I do not to reside here. Best of luck to anyone who can get a hold of them but, 10/10 it's not likely.
