Crooked to say the least! They took advantage of my Mom. They used my Mom's situation to their advantage, to further their own gain. I seeked out the Attorney General and a private attorney, neither was able to help. They committed a level of fraud that shouldn't be allowed in my opinion. They breached a verbal and written requested contract they had with my Mom. They went against part of what my Mom agreed to and gave permission to do. Then filed false paperwork with the state to get ownership of my Mom's home. Just because they knew how to do as such, doesn't mean they should be allowed to do so. If nothing else the business should be prosecuted for fraud, but because they're a business and have financial resources they get special treatment. I planned on pursuing legal action against t

Just went to take a look at some homes. Definitely have my eye on a few to choose from. Got lots of information from Jennifer and I have to say she was extremely helpful and friendly. Like talking with a good friend 🙂 great customer service!

The best part of dealing with Bob Feather Homes is dealing w/ Jen Smindak -- she's beyond helpful and unbelievably nice. She could write a book on customer service.

Jen was awesome. Took her time out to show me around and to speak with me without being in a hurry.
