I live in a neighboring apartment complex. There is someone who lives on the chatsworth side of your complex that is always playing music at a volume high enough for the whole neighborhood to hear. Worst part is it goes on for hours. I can hear it through my headphones and it makes it very hard to do any working, studying, sleeping, anything.
