hese apartments are in a nice location, look appealing from the outside, and offer decent amenities. The unit we toured had beautiful finishes and a modern feel. However, even as a prospective resident, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This property has numerous fees added to the base rent, none of which provide any real benefits to residents. For instance, there’s a charge for a third party to deliver packages to your doorstep, which is odd since Amazon, FedEx, and other carriers already do this. The main reason I gave this complex a one-star review is that the unit we toured, supposedly move-in ready, had visible paint on the wood flooring and live roaches scurrying around. I’ve lived at this apartment complex before for a year, and I decided to come back that’s how great it is. Amber and Victoria were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even when I needed to change some details on my lease. They were patient, understanding, and made everything so easy. The customer service here is always amazing, and the community feels safe and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good apartment and great management!

I had a great experience living here. The units are beautiful, and the overall complex is very well maintained. Maintenance and management are well prepared and always on top of things. Pros: -Great and very convenient location. -Beautiful units. -Upgraded appliances. -Great amenities, beautiful pool. -You do feel like you are getting what you are paying. -The complex is very clean and looks beautiful during each season. Cons: -Parking is decent but sometimes hard to find (as most places). -It is sometimes difficult to reach the front desk or for the front desk to get back to you but when they do they are quick to find solutions/answer questions. Honestly, this complex is worth looking into.

My account was hit with many charges after move out and this has never happened before. Walls and flooring are severely thin and constant ROACHES no matter how many times you put in work order for pest control. There is so much dog feces everywhere and they don’t do a good job keeping the grounds clean. Also your packages won’t be secure hence my packages have been stolen.

Do not move here. These apartments are far from “luxury” the breezeway are disgusting. Just got look at building 7 and see for yourself. Thats the last building they would ever give a tour of. Bird feces everywhere and never cleaned up. This is extremely disgusting and unsanitary. Bird feces can carry bacteria and disease and is being tracked in and out of apartments on shoes, strollers, and pets, creating a health concern for residents.
