Boardwalk

We’ve lived at Boardwalk for over two years and moving out feels really bittersweet. It’s been such a great place to call home and so much of that is because of the team here. Anthony and Sofie are honestly the best managers we’ve ever worked with. They’re always so kind and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. They plan fun events and community activities that actually make it feel like a real community, not just an apartment building. We’ve always felt taken care of and appreciated. The building itself is beautiful and really well kept. The location truly couldn’t be better. Everything is so convenient and easy. Our dog absolutely loved living here too, which made it even more special for us. Maintenance has also been amazing. They’re very communicative

I’ve had a very positive experience living at Boardwalk Kirkland. Anthony has always been professional, respectful, and helpful. There was one time when there was a small misunderstanding — probably my fault since English is not my first language — but he handled everything with patience and kindness. Every interaction I’ve had with he has been polite and focused on finding a good solution. I really appreciate how he always tried to keep communication open and make sure everything is clear. Great management and a nice place to live!

Liz and I love living at Boardwalk Kirkland. The apartments a spacious and frankly super cool :-). On top of all the facilities eg roof top and internal community areas, what helps make or experience so positive are the excellent staff both the reception area managers and the maintenance people. They act fast for any of our requests. Highly recommend Boardwalk

I'm going into my third year living here, and I just have to say—it's been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, the community is welcoming, and the complex itself is beautiful. Even when maintenance issues come up, the team keeps us well informed and handles things efficiently. I truly have no complaints. Thanks for everything, Boardwalk team!

I genuinely don’t understand how the onsite manager, Anthony, is still in this position. Every time we try to contact him by email, his responses are extremely slow. Eventually, we had to speak with him in person, but his attitude was shockingly rude and arrogant, which is completely unprofessional. As residents, we are not asking for anything unreasonable — just basic communication and support. However, his behavior has significantly affected our living experience. I truly hope management will take residents’ feedback seriously and reconsider whether Anthony is suitable for this role.
