Boardwalk at Town Center Apartments

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and it has looked like this the entire time. Living here was a huge disappointment. These pictures speak for themselves. Overflowing dumpsters left for days, construction mess sitting around with spray-painted fencing, broken furniture and junk left in guest parking, and trash scattered throughout the garage. The guest parking garage looked more like a storage unit for abandoned appliances and garbage than a safe, clean place for residents and their visitors. If you care about basic cleanliness and upkeep, look elsewhere.

It’s a fabulous location within walking distance to everything. Megan is a wonderful property manager. She is helpful, always willing to find a solution and made my move in seamless. Will is also a great asset to leasing!

I’d like to add 5more stars for the wonderful place we live in, The Boardwalk at Town Center. Having lived here for almost 3years after downsizing from living in a house, living at the Boardwalk is the best decision we made. Great location, safe and quiet place, clean hallways, beautiful club room. The wonderful office and maintenance staff are all pleasant to work with. Shout out to Meghan, Will, Madylnn, Kaylie, and to maintenance staff, Jorge, Douglas, Alex and everybody for your professional and friendly work and service. Happy to live here! From the first day of looking for an apartment to the final day of move out, our utmost respect and trust remained in Will Henriquez. He had been extremely professional and knowledgeable on all aspects encountered and was always available to help. The staff are molded the same, truly an enjoyable process and fun to be around in passing or picking up deliveries at the main office. This is a great place to live and enjoy all the amenities within walking distance. Thank you!

Phenomenal location and excellent office staff. Every day here feels like vacation! The ground crew works hard to keep the property in perfect condition as well. Gotta love that rooftop view!
