Boardwalk Apartments

I am recently new to the community, I’ve had the greatest experience working with Tessa one of the managers at Boardwalk. My moving Experience has gone so smoothly, The grounds are kept very nice. I’ve had a chance to walk down by the pool and sit in the evenings. It’s very peaceful. I’m very happy with my experience. You are given a check off list at move-in. Everything was perfect but a small minor detail. I reached out to Tessa in the front office and it was resolved within the matter of hours thank you for making my experience phenomenal. Versace and I are very grateful.

I moved to Boardwalk in June of 2025. I’m happy with my choice. Maintenance delivers prompt service, office staff is attentive and always available to answer questions. Property stays clean, and most importantly the neighbors are pleasant. I must say I will be renewing my lease!🙂

The experience has been mostly great. The office staff and maintenance dept. Are fantastic. The biggest complaint i have is that parking can be a nightmare. People dont park in spots straight and when they have guests over they are parking in paying reside to spots. There is visitor parking and visitors should be using it. The problem seems the worst on the weekends.

I have resided at BoardWalk apartments for almost 3 years, and I have to say it’s a pretty nice place to live. As with any apartment complex, it has it good and bad, but for the most part management and staff are really great people and definitely work with you to make your living experience a comfortable one.

This is, without a doubt, the worst place I’ve ever lived because of the other residents. I hear stomping, banging, screaming, and cursing consistently. I’ve lived in several other Gainesville apartment complexes and have never had noise issues anywhere else. I have a young child and do not want him exposed to the profanity and disgusting conversations that we can clearly hear through the walls. The disruptions also make it incredibly difficult to focus on reading and schoolwork. The office staff and courtesy officer are responsive and apologetic, but I’m not sure if they are actually firm in enforcing the noise complaint policy outlined in the lease. Regardless, even if residents move out, the next set will also be noisy. This has happened without fail. Whether upstairs or next door, ea
