I literally have a flood in my apartment as we speak. I have contacted both their regular phone line, as well as after hours "emergency maintenance" line, and there is no answer. I get, "The mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages at this time, goodbye." I hope this does not cause any sever structural damage, but I guess that won't be my problem once I move out. It will be your problem though, because they have refused any contact with me or any other residents I've spoken with, in months! I’m angry that I am being forced to even give this company ONE star. If I could, it’d be NEGATIVE 5. This is the most unprofessional, uncaring, and incompetent property management group I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. They DO NOT CARE about their assets, let alone their tenants. We have been dealing with 3 issues that we know for a fact to considered emergency work orders (we both work in property management): an inoperable HVAC (apartment has been consistently above 85 degrees, sometimes exceeding 90 degrees); a hot fridge; and water coming from under the floorboards. This is the worst management company ever! I moved out of my apartment on February 29th ,2020 and still haven’t received my deposit. The management company does not answer the phone or answer emails. I only gave one Star because it was the lowest option available! Do not rent here! Update: July 1st, 2020 I don’t even know where to began explaining my frustration. This is by far the worst company on this earth. I have been going to the management office literally everyday with no resolve. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Department of business & professional regulations, and also reported this to the local news station. I am owed 1410.00 from my deposit. Please don’t rent from BMG Management. I am currently a resident at Village Trace Apartments here in Tallahassee, FL. When I moved in, this apartment was in shambles! Multiple repairs needed to be done and was not done before I moved in. I contacted the office and they told me they did not have a maintenance team right now! I have had to hire lawyers and contact code enforcement just to get things started as far as getting fixed. Also found out that I am paying more rent monthly than all the other tenants in here. The next place I move to, I will make sure it’s not under BMG Management.

I wish I could leave a worse review. Everything you are reading from others about this company being unresponsive is true. This company simply does not care about it’s tenants, and I hope that at least one of these folks takes them to court because they are simply negligent. I have been without A/C in my apartment for months, despite calling, emailing, and sending in maintenance requests. Every single portal to contact these people DOES NOT WORK.
