Bluffs Over Cumberland

The apartments themselves aren’t horrible. Though the small things, such as trim, was done horribly, and the vinyl floors in our living room started to peel up. The paint in the bathtub started to crack, leaving paint chips in the tub. Management will notify you weeks in advance when the pool is going to be closed, but several times during our stay there, the laundry room would randomly get work done on it or would be completely locked without any notice. I still remember one time I put my load in the washing machine, left, came back, and all the washers and dryers where gone, with my wet clothes thrown on the table with no way to dry them. I've been living at the Bluffs Over Cumberland for three years. Service is excellent. Every time I call the office, Sherri is bright, cheerful and best of all HELPFUL. Maintenance issues are usually managed within 24 hours. Only complaints are tiny kitchen and mediocre laundry facilities.

The apartments are very pretty and clean on the inside and outside! Sherri was very informative and answered all my questions, she also gave me a tour of a 2bd 1bath apartment they had available! I will definitely be looking forward to potentially renting with Bluffs over Cumberland!

I definitely would not recommend living here. The company they use to remodel is trash. Doors are uneven throughout the apartment, our roof is slowly caving in from where they never repair them completely as well as siding falling off the side of multiple buildings, our sliding glass door has never latched correctly, the heat definitely doesn’t warm up at all, neighbors smoke weed and think smoking it in the bathroom and blocking it with exhaust fan is gonna get rid of the smell, they pick and choose who they want to follow rules set out in the lease, our mail as well as others mail has previously been stolen which is partially post office fault but also the complex fault due to no security cameras around mailboxes, and if you are handicap don’t expect to park in those spots due to others

I am 18 and was looking for my first apartment. Ms. Sherri and Mr. Judge were very helpful along this process. These apartments are a great price, came with a great special, and are newly renovated. When I missed out on a deal, Mr. Judge pushed me to move in a couple weeks early to get the special and everything fell into place perfectly.
