The negative reviews are very true for this complex. The new management is horrible. The cut the water off daily. Pest control never shows up even though you pay for it. The gates don't work. They are constantly working on the landscaping, but will never fix anything in your apartment. They sent out a email about not answering maintenance requests. If they do show up, they don't fix anything. Its very loud and there are dogs everywhere. There's poop all over, alkng with trash all over and all over the outside of the dumpsters. They told us we can't use our personal washers during the freeze. There's constant dog barking at all hours of the day and night. They charge too much for all the problems going on. READ THIS BEFORE RENTING. Do not be fooled by the outside of this complex!! This new management has been spending ALL of their repair budget on repainting the exterior and replacing decorative rocks. They REFUSE to fix problems that residents have been dealing with INSIDE their units for YEARS. I've been told that some of the problems I've put maintenance requests in for simply can't be fixed and I have to just deal with it. I don't know where these 5 star reviews are coming from lately, but I'm betting it's just their employees.

For the love of God this is the third time within a couple months I've seen a company out pouring rocks. Stop putting the money of people that live here into the exterior and respond to the multiple maintenance requests we leave and stop taking excessive vacations. Stop leaving things like rebate checks stuck behind locked doors that only one person can get into when we had to call about it for three months. My account went negative because you held onto over $900 that should have been refunded multiple months earlier than it was. The water is constantly shut off due to being a boiler setup and only half the time will they tell you it's back on. How is the Laundromat available at -10° yet I can't use my personal washer for a week? Fix your staff and start answering your tenants

Have lived here for many years without much issues. Ever since this new company has taken over, it has become a nightmare to communicate with anybody. I have heard more excuses than answers from everybody in this office. "The person who handles that is on vacation" "She is sick and had to leave early" "That person is gone for the day, call tomorrow". They hardly call you back, they don't talk to each other, they hardly schedule maintenance unless you call them every day to check on your request. My neighbor's dryer vent has been clogged for over a year now, and they keep begging the office to send somebody out to unclog it because not only does it take several cycles to dry their clothes, it is a FIRE HAZARD. I have lived here for over 5 years and it has been a down hill experience. The new owners have been the worst so far. They don't answer the phones. They do not return calls. Maintenance is ridiculous - I am going on 6 months waiting for them to complete a repair from a leak right now. My apartment has been a disaster and most unlivable. They don't care. They leave trash all around outside. The plasterboard they cut out of my ceilings is still outside. They painted the buildings but never put the numbers back up. The water is on a boiler system so its ALWAYS being shut off for an EMERGENCY.
