Bluestone Apartments

This apartment complex definitely deserves a 1 star the up keep of the property is horrible and so is management you definitely get what you pay for, price may seem good but please be advised where you are going to be paying rent every month you want to move somewhere that feels like a home and this is not it read reviews before moving somewhere. Now they are enforcing towing on the community from someone who has personal been towed because of my pass falling in the car but being in my assigned parking is ridiculous to wake up and have to pay $200 is an inconvenience to anybody in this economy.

In hope it helps the next. To start Tenets are ASSIGNED PARKING with a hanging decal from your mirror. WHO wants a decal hanging from the mirror ? mine fell and my car was towed $200 fee. ( my car is parked in the assigned parking spot). Visitors constantly park in your assigned parking spot without getting towed. Next, You are held responsible for appliances that don’t work such as a running toilet which had no sign of running to me. ( I’m no maintenance worker) flushed fine. normal sound as my room is right next to the bathroom. I received a $200 water bill for that. Also leasing always states your behind on water bills that are included monthly and paid in full. Experience living at Bluestone Apartments: 1. They have a no smoking policy but don't enforce it. The girl who lived under us smoked her weed all the time and it seeped into our apartment. 2. They could care less about you. It's not the fact that they had to re-do the parking lot, the problem is WHEN they did it. Management with common sense would have looked at the fact there was going to be 100 degree weather and pushed it to another week. You have people with health issues who had to find parking on the street or the shopping center and walk in that heat. Again, they do not care about you. 3. Hallways were filthy. They would never get the proper contractors to do the power washing. The maintenance team were very incompetent when it came to power washing the hallways so they never really

I’ve been a resident at Bluestone Apartments for almost 2 years. The location is ideal — close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment — but there are definitely some downsides. Parking can be difficult, and there are often random people around the premises late at night. There are also no real amenities offered, which is disappointing for the price. Overall, it’s a convenient place to live, but I’d recommend investing in a Ring camera for some added security.

Not bad for the price. At least it wasn't until they started charging me 14 a month to change air filter and smoke detector battery. It the aesthetics is better than the craftsmanship. Love the location. Love my view. The walkways were much cleaner when I originally moved here a year ago. It's gone down. It seems someone doesn't like to carry their trash to the dumpster so they just drag it down the stairs. Management is okay. The landscapers do a great job. Maintenance is responsive. Other than the added fees and the occasional gripe about management I really like to here. I do understand other reviews. About the thin walls. I have a corner unit so it doesn't bother me as much. But I wouldn't want to live in the middle. And yes I can smell the seasonings my neighbors use. Their food smel
