I have been consistently impressed with Blue Sky's attitude and professionalism whenever I interact with their employees. Their entire team works diligently to establish productive relationships with both tenants and property owners. Towner, the accounting manager, has always been dedicated to maintaining accurate record keeping and audit-ready reporting, while being incredibly responsive to issues that arise. Maintenance issues are quick and are of good quality, and everyone is quick to help clarify any questions you might have.

This review relates to Bluesky’s management of our Charlottesville housing development in Fry’s Spring. And I am only writing it because of a shocking lack of accountability and responsiveness. Like many of these sorts of companies Bluesky contracts landscaping services from a third party, whom I will not name, because their workers do not bear the ultimate responsibility for services provided or not provided to the homeowners. The company to which I pay my HOA dues every month, Bluesky, does. On Monday of this week, leaves from the sidewalks, driveways and paths were carelessly blown around by the landscapers near my house, such that the door frames had both dry and sticky leaves lodged into them. Refused to repair dryer, plugged driveway drains causing mud and mold to build up in garage, new broken refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker never worked, poor quality unknowledgeable low priced repair people. property manager was non responsive and he was not supervised to take care of problems, we had 31written repair requests and finally moved after 6 months and they would not return our security deposit. After we notified them we were moving they refused to fix dryer problem which was caused by improperly installed 20 foot dryer vent pipe. Washer had been hooked up to hole in basement wall which when we first moved in but did not connect to drain so flooded area damaging important legal file boxes documents. I am hesitant to call their repair people. Given that they don't respect the safety of handicapped people I can't imagine they care about my safety either
