Seems like maybe our Escrow Officer was maybe new, nervous and inexperienced, or maybe just uninterested? We thought she would have introduced herself upon our meeting, maybe shake hands, but no. Instead, we received a kind of cold invitation to enter a signing room. It seemed like we were an inconvenience in their daily schedule. We had zero communications from their office prior to closing and we had to call them to remind them of our closing date and schedule a time to sign… In the end, they did get the paperwork done, filed and finalized on time so that was appreciated. It was, by far, our most disappointing title company experience in over a dozen experiences.

Michelle with Blue Ink is amazing! We had a fairly complicated sale go through after several weeks of difficult interaction with banks, appraisers and various inspectors. Blue ink helped us navigate all the little ( and a few big) hurdles to getting this deal done. I recommend them without hesitation. Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to their customers as well as efficient and responsive. Even creative deals aren't out of their area of expertise! I have used them in the past and will look to use their services in the future.

We have 2 houses in escrow with Blue ink this month. I'm a real estate investor in Yuma, I've dealt with almost every title company in this town so far. I've been highly disappointed by the other title companies in this town. I recently seen some of their post on Instagram then talked with a fellow investor in Yuma and he said he switched to Blue Ink. So far so good, very attentive. Quick to respond to my questions. Make it easier to close as an investor. The office is so clean, and feels like a good vibe. I will be bringing my business here from now on.

We would not recommend this business to anyone!! We purchased a home here in Yuma ,AZ 3 mons ago and finally today, 9/24 we got our Deed. That is after a series of miscommunications on how they were suppose to send the deed to us in California . Not only did they send it to the wrong address then, when it was requested again ,they were again sending it to the wrong address !! We finally went to pick it up from the business ourselves! Purchasing a home can be a very stressful time, and to deal with a business that isn't professional only adds to that stress . H R Martinez
