Phillip took on so much responsibility behind the scenes dealing with hiccups with the loan company and got everything resolved and less stressful for us. He was always available to take a call or text and very professional about everything and answered all my questions.

She made countless phone calls in order to provide us with answers to our questions, and to procure as much information as possible about the house we were considering to buy.
