We rented a home in San Antonio managed by Bluebonnet Property Management, specifically working with Leanna, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Before we even arrived, Leanna walked the property and provided the door code so that after our cross-country move, we could walk straight in without any stress. The home was beautiful and exactly as described. During our lease, a few unforeseen circumstances came up that required us to break the lease early. Leanna handled the entire process with professionalism and clear communication, making what could have been a very stressful situation completely painless. Very poor property managers had a leak on the roof and they took forever to fix . Please guy walk your rental really well because they will do anything to keep all your deposit , more so I paid for someone to clean the house and got the carpet professional shampooed and still they charge me with this and that crazy . Like they Expect a brand new house in return . I always paid my rent way in advance and never complain about when things didn’t wrong and they took forever to get it fix . The a/c was the worst out of everything and the last was the leak more so I got stuff ruined and they did nothing to try to fix or replace but yet want to keep my whole Deposit. They are ridiculous

Absolutely a horrible experience. To our discovery we had loose insulation, debris, and dryer lint blowing in our attic filling up the walls due to an improperly installed pipe. This caused moisture build up and caused a rupture in the walls with mold all inside of the walls and vent! We tried for 3 months to get the proper fix and they would not respond to service requests and through texts Katie would not comprehend the problem but try to blame us! 3 months they wouldn’t fix the issue for us and we waited patiently, communicated through text and via portal. We had no choice but to break our lease due to the mold that Katie was sent pictures and aware (she told us to spray bleach which didn’t help the inside of the walls and inside of the vent) and they have the nerve to not let us out of

I resided in a Bluebonnet Property near the Pearl for about 7 months, leaving only because my work contract was up so I relocated out of state. There were so many positive experiences, almost too many to name. The communication and response from the manager Leanna B. were excellent. I don't think she went more than 24 hours (90% of the time it was within an hour or so) without providing me a detailed, personalized response to my questions. When there was an issue, for example the lawncare staff neglected to come by, she was on it before I even notified her and had a new company out there to spruce up the yard within 24-48 hours. If I could rate them a zero or in the negatives I would. We have only been tenants for max 2 months. We have been without AC for 7 days in 90+ degree weather. Was told that temp accommodations would be made pursuant to Texas law. Have not heard from them since they said temp accommodations would be made. Will NOT be renewing the lease when we come up for renewal. PLEASE reconsider renting with this company I can see by other reviews this is a pattern for them. I wish I would have read the reviews.
