I know many people have had positive experiences, I researched the company before committing to my refinance, but I need to say that mine has been abysmal. I had to track my agent down for updates rather than them being provided in a timely fashion. I have had multiple days with texts and phone calls never being returned, What I was told would be a 2-3 week process, has now been dragging on for over 6 weeks. PROCEDE WITH CAUTION! Hello, this was my second opportunity to work with Blue Whale Lending. The initial engagement was not successfully completed because at the end of the process I had to bring $3,000 more to the closing 2 days before closing due to the adjustments. Needless to say I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. However, Francisco reached out to me and he reviewed my record and saw where it previously went wrong and he corrected the errors and everything went smoothly. I closed quickly and actually received a better rate than I expected. Well done!

User beeare. My rental property refi Started out great with agent Tyler, than his aggressive Manager Sean, took over my refi. Pestering me with multiple daily reminders on things I already said would be taken care of later at my convince. Then literally 4hrs before closing he calls me and says "we have to bump your rate up 1.4% and anything I paid for appraisals etc would be forfeited if I backed out" after nearly month of being" locked in", which was eventually corrected by underwriting. then he sends noteray to the rental property meeting my tenants, instead of location we agreed upon. then they mailed 40k worth of checks to rental address as well, which they opened... leaving my tenants to wonder if I am selling from underneath them.
