Blue Station Apartments

WORST communication from the office. I scheduled a tour for the next day, only to be told it was gone when I showed up. Not even 24 Hours Had gone by!! Why would you schedule a tour if you knew the unit wasn't available?? Also, just a Heads up: there is an extra $400 on your monthly rent if you try to apply for anything less than 15 months. Would've been nice if they Had that posted somewhere!!

I have a very nice studio apartment here. The rent is fair, and it’s extremely cozy! I keep it clean and I don’t have a pest problem. My neighbors are really good people, and the staff is wonderful! For anyone here saying the staff is mean, I just don’t get it. Treat them with respect and kindness and they do the same for you! Everyone here is wonderful, and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

Living here has been really nice. When i have an issue management is easy to work with getting on it right away. Going into the office for things i need is always easy. The apartments were recently updated a bit which is nice it’s a good “first apartment” if you have a 1bdrm. Bugs aren’t really an issue for me specifically i usually only see spiders if i leave an area unswept too long. In the winter i Recommend putting up the blackout curtains it REALLY helps keep the heat in if you have a draft coming through. It’s quiet around here which i love especially at night

VERRYYY ghetto 0/10.. i lived here for 4 years in 3 different buildings and had a problem with each one … the heat in the I building doesn’t work so they just moved me to the A building instead of fixing the issue … moved from the A building to the G building that was infested with roaches , and there’s no parking because they move so many people in the same building that have vehicles… then tenants complaining about the dumpsters being in front of their apartment when they moved in on the first floor BY THE dumpsters🥴…. Management -1782892/10 ! As stated before i have been living here for 4 years and this year in January 29th they decided to not renew my lease, and my lease end date is February 29th which violates Cook county tenant laws.( yes i have proceeded with legal representation).

Don’t do it! They were OKAY before new management. This new management doesn’t shovel the snow. Damn sure not putting salt down. Put on your ice skates to walk to the parking lot. Put in a maintenance report about my peeling bathtub months ago they could care less. Must buy your own spray to spray the apartment to ensure your apartment is bug free. Don’t move here it’s not worth the hassle. Rent is cheap and that’s a plus. If you just need somewhere to stay then go for it but if you can do your research before moving.
