Blue Springs Apartments

Im enjoying my 1 bedroom 1 bath with fireplace. If I have any issues they dont waste time to come out no matter what time it is. Rent has internet included and my electricity bill is always reasonable. I resigned for a second year! Ms. Monica and team yall keep up the good work!!!

$749 rent + $150 for utilities, which includes Wi-Fi and cable tv. I only pay for electricity. This is a special offer for December 2025. I cannot believe i scored such a affordable deal. The Management is very kind and always on top to attend me

I have had a great experience with the Apartment and apartment staff. The Leasing agent at the office was very helpful and helped me to get moved in as soon as possible. The communication is amazing compared to other complex staff that I was dealing with when looking for a new home in a short amount of time. She did everything she could and got me moved in extremely quick. They do also offer a great deal with free internet and cable as well as offer washer and dryer program if you don’t have any. So far my experience here is going really well. I met the office manager the day after moving in and she was very sweet both of the ladies have been extremely nice and welcoming. We are enjoying our 1 bedroom 1 bath home that even came with a fire place!

RUN, RUN, RUN!!!! You would be better off at a shelter! If I could give it a negative zero, that's what my rating would be. Management will never tell you there is a roach infestation, or lizards will be living with you. You can not put your food down for a second or else roaches will be eating your food, and that's after you have treated the apt. Gross, nasty, disgusting!!!!

Called and got a “hello” from some person that couldn’t even verify the apartment complex. No professionalism whatsoever and that’s scary not knowing where you’re inquiring to rent from. Will not stay here.
