Blue Sol Apartments

I applied to many places on one day, I didn’t hear back an email or a phone call from any other place. I did get a call from Catie at blue sol who made the entire process very easy and she got us approved the same day. Since moving in the place is beautiful and I am happy I moved in. Catie is a rockstar!

We have been living in this community for almost two years and have had a very positive experience. The apartment layout is comfortable, the location is convenient, and any maintenance or other issues are handled promptly by management. The team is attentive, friendly, and professional. The community offers great amenities, including swimming pools, a sauna, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and a recreation room with billiards. There are also dog walking areas, a barbecue zone, and well-maintained common and garage areas. Everything is clean, organized, and works well. We feel comfortable and safe living here. I feel so grateful to have stumbled upon Blue Sol. The location is perfect with its proximity to the 55 as well as many restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. You can bike to the beach or walk to triangle cinema for $5 movies. Can’t really ask for more! Yet, what really makes this place fantastic is the staff behind it. Catie and Chandy are so approachable, friendly and keep the property looking great! We are sadly moving back to the East coast this summer but I will cherish my time here.

Blue sol has been an amazing place to live! The complex is very well kept and management is very kind, personable and easy to get ahold of. The maintenance fulfills requests within 24 hours and the complex is very peaceful! We have always felt safe and parking is very easy. We have been here over a year and loved it!

From the incredible maintenance team to the attentive and caring property management, everything has consistently exceeded my expectations.
