There are scams claiming to be this place on Facebook so please be wary and do your research. When I called the agency they were very friendly in assuring me that it isn't them. Stay safe out there.

Please do not lease anything from this business. Got a property for a temp place for someone that was nearing 60, until something better came up. It was a cabin on some land. The cabin was more like a shack. Broken windows, holes in the roof, doors not able to close, and more. Pretty much non inhabitable, and they told us it was livable and that all we needed was a heating unit or stove. But it was temporary and only ended up being 2 in a half months mid December to the end of February. We were not told much about the property. Found out that their was trash on the property from previous tenants. Asked to get papers to relinquish all rights. Was told the trash had to be cleaned up. We told her that the trash was there from previous people we even had before bad after pics of the place, plu

They bought the storage unit, that I have had for 8 years with no problems, and have refused to send me a bill. No contract, no statements, and no bills were ever sent, even after numerous attempts from me.

I've financed and purchased two properties from Blue Sky. I purchased three mobile home lots in McKean County, and am financing a home in Elk County. They're a pleasure to do business with, and based on my experience, they're sincere and honest people with integrity. I have been dealing with Pat and Kim for a little while now, and as long as you communicate anything out of the ordinary they will work with you. I find them easier to deal with than a traditional bank or lender. They have not been in business this long because they don't know what they are doing.
