My experience with Blue Sky Builders of SW Fl Inc was more pleasant than I could have ever imagined. Donna Gross is professional, caring, and absolutely amazing beyond words. This is the first time I had rented since the late 1990, so I probably needed more help than the average customer. Donna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend her and her company to anyone in need of an honest and professional real estate team.

Lack of communication rude unprofessional discrimination Not understanding if you are a renter they don't give you a heads up if the property will be sold or not have you guessing from my experience you open the door and wake up to a painter a plumber all the above. they will tell you to vacate the property for the can take pictures of the rental no privacy even with a lease agreement just to sell a property. I get it but at least a notice in advance and if you have a special need or kids, in general, they don't care....you have to work on their schedule not accommodating or understanding life schedules routine all just for the money they hire inspectors to lie about the property being in good standing I tell you the nerve I won't be a renter for long thank God their options and people

Been renting from Blue Sky for years now. They are quick to help you with maintenance needs. They are fair, honest, and treat you with respect. They are truly good people.

I was a tenant for 5 years and highly recommend - easy application process, fair rental prices, prompt response to any and all repairs, highly professional through and through.
