April is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond
The experience was awful. We were selling my dad's house and the date settled for closing was the 27th. Emailed us and stated it's been pushed back for the next couple days never happened. Sent papers to my brother with my deceased fathers name on them instead of his. Long story short it was not a good company for us the experience was awful.
This was a horrible company to work with all around. Hidden costs, extra fees, and overcomplicated for all parties (who are very experienced buyers and sellers).
