This made for a great experience as our project neared completion. CLAY Brimijoin was our project manager he inherited our build right after framing and his attention to detail and communication was top notch. I truly felt that Clay understood this was our forever home and that he treated it as his own. If you have the opportunity to work with BRCH and you are in the Richmond, Powhatan area I’d suggest asking for Clay as your project manager.

This is my 2nd project with BRCH and Ben as the project manager. Ben was on top of things every step of the way. They are hands down the best in the business. If you are looking for a custom builder in Charlottesville they are your team.

The Blue Ridge team, especially our project manager, Joe Meza, was wonderful to work with. We brought our blueprints from a designer we worked with independently and they were 100% on board with helping us make our dream home a reality. Their communication was outstanding and they gave us realistic expectations for cost and timing. They made the custom home building process much easier than we thought it would be. We are thrilled with the results and are really enjoying our new home. We heartily recommend Blue Ridge.

Blue Ridge Custom Homes did an excellent job on our home and truly went above and beyond to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
