We where very happy with our Stuart branch people there were helpful and friendly. They closed that branch and this Martinsville branch is the opposite, the people we have dealt with are rude and untrained. We closed the account.
On 08/16/2021, I spoke to Mrs Paula, I was a nervous wreck trying to get a human voice help me find right online page to open a new account. My first time and I was totally lost. Mrs Paula finally came on. To hear her voice I was overwhelmed.Mrs Paula took my the hand lead me through all the steps. I’m so thankful for Mrs Paula.🙏🏾🙏🏾
Most of the staff is terrific, and it’s quite convenient. The “Christian” music is nauseating and offensive. One teller is disengaged and perfunctory, but otherwise it’s a good place.
When this bank was in stuart va it was a great bank I've been with this bank since the 90's but when the branch closed in stuart it's so bad I'm that closing my account
