Rosa was very responsive when I called her after she was the agent on several successful closings in our condominium. She showed up the same day with a good understanding of the market for our specific unit, and priced the unit a lot higher than I expected. After some drama ensued with another unit coming on the market at a lower price, she held firm and we closed a little over a month later for the asking price. Her intimate local knowledge of all the players, from the buyer's agent to picking the title company individual handling the closing all made the transaction smoother. She had to take an emergency trip out of country and was still in touch daily. Closing remotely with my wife called away on a family matter was a challenging but went smoothly due to competence of all involved.
