Julie Cambra is extremely unprofessional and I’m appalled by her business actions!! An offer was submitted on one of her properties and she completely ghosted the agent who submitted an offer. It was seen online that the property was pending instead of her reaching out to the agent to notify them her clients were taking another offer. Emails, texts and phone calls were sent/placed to follow up on the offer and she didn’t respond to any of them. I don’t know how she’s in business!! She’s messing with peoples lives and should be ashamed!

We worked with Zeina I found Zeina to be very helpful with us especially this being our first home purchased she explained the in and outs about purchasing a home and we were very appreciative about that. Zeina was always very punctual and professional when it came to showing us home and alway gave us her honest opinion in choosing a home and we love our home . My husband and I were referred by family to work with real estate agent Zeina Korban, and very quickly regretted it. Early in our process, we rearranged our schedules to go see properties only to find out that the scheduled appointments were never confirmed. Once we found a property that we were interested in, we questioned the “LLC” builder (whom we initially had difficultly finding any information on) and were assured by Zeina that there are many legit small “LLC” builders, and we were encouraged to sign the contract. After entering into our contract and not hearing anything from the building by the end of the contracted time frame, we continued to dig deeper into the builder, only to find out the builder’s terrible reputation of building extremely poor quality homes in ridiculously shor

My realtor called Miss Zeina Korban. She was helpful, knowledgeable and she walked us through the whole process and made it so easy, since it was our first house, we didn't know much about the process of purchasing a house. She's funny and humor. I recommend her to anyone who's interested of buying a house.
