My experience with blue door real estate group was the worse I close a day before thanksgiving on November 2016 the owner Rene Sanchez promised that they will fix all the violations but as off today 4 month later they didn't. Between Rene Sánchez, Jorge Lugano & Vilma Cruzado I don't know which one is the worse best advised WALK AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY All the good reviews are done from them Ricardo Sanchez are the owner brother Jorge Lugano are the project manager Geraldine are the person in charge of all the permits Esmir are the contractor also the owner best friend and etc etc etc

I have attempted to call for rental verification, and Isabella is unprofessional, and has given me the run around. I called for an update for her to tell me to hold on, and did not return to the phone. People should not be disregarded when it comes to customer service, if you couldn't help, you should just say so instead of giving me the run around.

The people at Blue Door are wonderful! Very professional and kind. They are quick to help and really work hard for their clients to make sure that they get the best deal possible.

Worked with the owner of the company for many years in different projects. It has been a pleasure to do business with him and his team.

Mi consejo es por favor busque otra compañía . Trabajan súper mal . Los arreglos que hacen alas casas son parches se buscan el personal más malo que haya y le conbren poco . Los apliances de uso lleno de cucarachas . . Y te dejan la casa llena de violacines ellos la compañía de titulo tienen un re juego con la ciudad y le dan para hacer el cierre como que todo está limpio y al mes comienza la pesadilla el dueńo de la compañía de inversiones te deja los permisos todos abiertos viene la ciudad a decirte que está ilegal la casa entera vas a la compañía de títulos y te dicen que tú firmastes. Es horrible lo que pase y paso a los dos ańos de comprar y arreglar los permisos me aparece otro abierto esto no termina y ellos no responden por eso .. y la compañía de títulos otra estafadora y presta
