We have used Blue Cord to rent out one of our homes for a few years now. They do a phenomenal job, and take care of pretty much everything for us! It has been a much needed stress relief, the staff over there are amazing and always answer any questions we have! I definitely feel like our home is in good hands.

Please, do yourself a favor and don’t rent from these people. They will dig for anything they can to keep your security deposit and then make up ridiculous excuses to justify it. Our AC was broken for weeks and they completely ignored it. The apartment got so humid it caused damages. They then want to charge us. We literally had to buy and install our own AC just to live there, and somehow we’re the ones getting charged? They also tried to charge us for carpet cleaning even though we already provided a professional cleaning receipt. To make it worse, they wanted to charge us for damage that was already there when we moved in Document everything, take photos of everything, and be ready to fight for your own money. Better yet, rent somewhere else and save yourself the stress.

Blue Cord has been AMAZING to work with. They offer creative solutions for folks with challenges getting qualified and have an extensive portfolio of units to meet the needs of many different tenants. We love this team! Samantha has been an excellent resource when navigating unique situations and is very good at what she does. Highly recommend!!

Hey there , My name is Kenny, I would like to appreciate Kelly and her team for being so amazing property management for my property , it's been a few years Blue Cord Realty taking care of my baby house , all ladies who work there are so nice and professional, when I was about to sign me and my wife got so nervous because it was our very first time to work with property management, a few years later I have no regrets, I can sleep like a baby knowing Kelly and her Girls will take care of everything. This company is advertising a rental on both Zillow and its website that is not currently available to rent. After being told that I could not view 124A Strawberry Alley without completing an application. After completing the application and paying a $50 fee, I found out that the apartment does not have a Certificate of Occupation. This information was not disclosed to me upfront although I spoke with the agent and was clear that I was interested in a place as soon as possible. The Zillow add and the Blue Cord website both list the apartment as available November 2025.
