I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional quality of the home built by Blue Chip Builders. Although the pandemic caused delays beyond our initial timeline, the final result has made the wait worthwhile. From the outset, we sought a builder who could tailor the design to our specific needs, Dan exceed our expectations. We are particularly delighted with features such as the pet bath, the expanded laundry area, and the shiplap in the tray ceiling. Our home beautifully captures the coastal vibe we envisioned. We feel that our home is a unique departure from Dan’s other projects, and it stands out as a. True showcase. This is undoubtedly our forever home l, one that we are proud to pass down through generations.

We absolutely love our Blue Chip house!!! I fell in love at first sight with the model and could not be happier now that we are living in it. We were able to make the changes we wanted and got everything we asked for. Even after we moved in, the punch list was addressed almost immediately. Blue Chip was absolutely wonderful before, during, and after our build was complete. Dan and Emily helped us through every stage. We have never built a house before, and we were building our new home from another state. Due to health issues that came up during the build with my wife, we weren’t able to travel down during any of the building process. Dan and Emily made everything so simple and easy for us during a stressful time. We love our new home and couldn’t be happier with how it all came together. Having a home built is easy…said no one ever! Particularly difficult during a pandemic, material shortages, labor shortages and hurricanes. BUT even with all the unprecedented external issues, we ended up with a stunningly beautiful and well-built, quality home which stood up through a level 4 hurricane!
