Blue Bee has been managing our rental property consisting of a commercial street level property with two residential apartments for over 4 years, and I can't think of one thing they can do better. Nick. He's incredibly responsive, business minded, knowledgeable, proactive and just great to work with. He's also very effective in finding and working with our tenants.
