Would just like to thank all the great people over at BLS Property Management, Co. and especially our rep Clarice Wakefield on the job they always do for our condo and association. From helping replace our roof, our concrete and just about every concern we've ever had in the 20+ years we've lived here, can't imagine any other property management company doing more. Highly recommend, highly satisfied.

BLS is good at their job(s). They know the law, they are helpful, they will inform, then they will faithfully follow the directions of the board. When there's been an issue, and the issue has been properly reported using the electronic portal, things get maintained and fixed like clockwork. I've dealt with Clarice and several other property managers from BLS since 2008, both on the board and as a co-owner. Solid.

I've lived at Foxthorne Condominiums for 13 years and BLS has been the property management company the entire time. We've had several BLS property managers with Danielle being the most recent. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She's professional, experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient in her service delivery. I have gotten to know her and we've established a wonderful rapport. She makes following the rules and regs of condo living easy. I was speaking with a neighbor the other day, and we agreed that if she were to leave BLS for another management company, we would encourage our board of directors to follow her.
