Wish I could give Zero stars. Since new management took over nothing but issues worst management company workers are rude to tenants. If you go to office to give a complaint they treat you with no kindness they never resolve your concerns. Property gates have not closed since they got there gates are left open all day and night. Trash area is so dirty and smelly they don’t care to do anything about it.

They stole , i mean toad my truck after two days of being here. After I parked what a director told me to she was in that morning and said nothing to me...

This place sick magnet went down hill after the new company took over nother is ever done right and have to keep calling maintenance back on top of the horrible parking they have here wouldn’t recommend moving here

The people that live here are disrespectful, loud, and when you report it to management nothing is done about it. Management also ignores maintenance work requests!

The complex is beautiful. Affordable rent is everything in California. Thank you!!! Plenty of laundry rooms and playgrounds for all ages of children. Office staff are amazing. Maintenance is very prompt and attentive. The location is awesome. Stores, hospital, and restaurants are in walking distance. Our neighbors are friendly. Wonderful community to reside in.
