Bloomfield homes provided us with an amazing experience from start to finish. We built our home in 2020 just as the pandemic started and they managed to deliver on time and with such impressive quality. We never went without a call returned or questioned answered. We absolutely love our Bloomfield built home and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality at a reasonable price with a builder who is local to DFW.
UPDATE JULY 2022: AGAIN, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. There has been nothing but delays with this builder. DO NOT USE THEM. They are now estimating closing mid August. If we could go back in time, I would have NEVER picked Bloomfield. UPDATE MAY 2022: We have now reached out to the VP of sales. He basically said other builders must "do a better job than us scheduling things." What kind of explanation is that? We were told in the beginning of May that one of the main delays is HVAC. We now have HVAC installed and but Bloomfield is still saying closing maybe in July 2022. Again, I cannot stress this enough. Do not go with Bloomfield, pick ANYONE else. UPDATE: If you are in the market for a new build, then DO NOT CHOOSE BLOOMFIELD. My family and I started this whole pr
Great community with beautiful homes. Lots of purchasing options with bloomfield homes. Sara Braden is the best. She'll walk you through everything there's to know about all the homes and floor plans at Bloomfield, in Woodcreek.
Was greeted by a nice young girl who's fairly new. Asked her a few questions she did not know the answer to. Apparently the community manager Sara was sitting there listening not helping her at all, not willing to answer the questions we had, AND did not even introduce herself. Yet Sarah Braden name is on the card and papers given. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't judge a book by its cover. She didn't know who we were. At least say Hello.
Sara and Jodee are awesome people to deal with. They're professional, courteous, and will make you feel like home. Highest recommendations.
