My wife and I had and incredibly awesome and positive experience with Bloomfield Homes in Stone River Glen Community. The sales staff managed by Sales Manager Jeff Gibson were patient, answered all our question and concerns while going through the new home building process. We could not ask for anything more from Jeff. Jeff was attentive, great listener, profession and caring; all things my wife and i deeply appreciated. The combination of Jeff Gibson and our builder contact supervisor Chris Davis coordinating the communication to us was outstanding and highlighter the great team work at this Bloomfield new home subdivision in Royse City. Our experience of buying our first home in America has been fantastic. Jeff in the sales office was our rock - sending us updates and photos at every stage. A godsend for us as we were living in England. Chris the building manager was equally helpful in communicating with us. Both have gone above and beyond through the whole process. We’ve been in the house for 4 weeks now, any problems (all very minor) have been sorted without delay. Both my husband and I would recommend Stone River Glen as a community and Bloomfield Homes as your builder.

My wife and I just recently purchased a Bloomfield Home in Stone River Glen. The entire process was the smoothest home purchasing experience I could ever ask for. This was mine and my husband’s first time building a home. We lived in our previous home for over 25 years and I grew up in that home so it had a lot of memories but building in Stone River with Jeff Gibson was a true pleasure. He answered all of our questions and believe me I had many and would send us pictures And always immediate responses. Chris was very helpful. Also with questions we had and some concerns and he always made it right. Want to thank Ron also for the many times we had wanted to look at homes and he took us to look at them. Everyone in this office is very professional and true pleasure to work with. If you are thinking of building this is a wonderful neighborhood.
