My husband and I bought our first home in August. We had looked around for a while but fell in love with the Bloomfield homes in Painted Tree! Francis was so helpful while we were deciding which floor plan to buy and helping get us exactly what we wanted. The builder, Ryan, was great during the buying process. He ensured the home was perfect for us upon closing and move in. We love our home and the community so much and are so happy we decided to buy a Bloomfield home in the Woodland District! The yard is a great size for our dog, and we love going on walks throughout the neighborhood on the trails!

We had not heard about Bloomfield Homes before we came across them in our search for our new home in Painted Tree. Our first encounter with Francis throughout the build process with our builder Ryan was wonderful. Francis and Ryan expeditiously addressed any concerns that came up from our design meeting till the final date of closing. The periodic update on the building progress was phenomenal. What a great home design and builder for your next home 🏡. You should go look at the model home and floor plans, I'm sure they have the right floor plan for you. They also take care of the community, they brought Girls who Twirl Cotton Candy out.
