I’ve had a great experience living at Bloom at Cherry Creek. The building is well run, clean, and comfortable, which really makes it feel like home. The staff here truly go above and beyond. David, the maintenance man, is outstanding—he’s responsive, professional, and always gets things fixed quickly and correctly. Linda, the housekeeper, does an amazing job keeping the building spotless and welcoming; you can really tell she takes pride in her work. Vanessa, the property manager, is incredibly professional, organized, and approachable. She does a fantastic job making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel supported. Samara, the leasing agent, is friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful, whether answering questions or assisting residents with anything they need. Overall

I had a very quick move to Colorado from Tennessee where I need to find an apartment in three days. I reached out to multiple apartments to set up in person tours and Bloom at Cherry Creek was the only one to call before my scheduled tour to speak with me. I spoke to Samara and we instantly connected. I toured other buildings and apartments but none felt right. Bloom was the last building I had scheduled to tour and I absolutely loved it. Everyone I have met has been so friendly and helpful! David even helped my dad bring my very heavy, solid wood dresser up to my apartment! Thank you David! I recently helped my daughter move from out of state. She hasn't lived here very long but the entire process of her move in was very smooth. Samara and my daughter did a virtual tour. She was very knowledgeable of the property and was able to answer all of our questions right away. She was enthusiastic and excited to help us. I was very nervous about her renting a property "sight unseen" and for being so far away, but my nerves were put to rest when we arrived. The property was exactly what we saw on the virtual tour. This was by far the best tour I have ever had! It was very thorough here. Samara made sure to make me feel welcomed as if we already knew eachother. And by the interaction of the staff with each other, you can tell that they really like their job based on the atmosphere they created for themselves. On the tour David introduced himself to me and we had a brief lovely conversation. Vanessa also introduced herself to me and we got on the topic of dogs which we could talk about forever. She also made me feel super welcomed. This is a place I would definitely call home because of the atmosphere the comfortability, you can genuinely feel the love.
